Several years ago the plastic work bowl on my Cuisinart DLC-10S Food Processor broke. It was about 20 years old, so I decided to buy a new processor. I found a Kitchen Aid Processor on sale so I bought it....it was junk. It lasted less than a year and the motor went out. The customer service was awful too so I went out and bought another processor, this time a De'Longhi. The Cuisinart DLC-10S design on the De'Longhi was great and it had a ton of power but just after the 2 year warranty expired, the wiring in it went out and the thing quit working. So now I am back to Cuisinart....which is where I should have gone in the first place. This processor is perfect for my small family's needs. It works like a dream. I hope it lasts as long as my old Cuisinart did.....I will update this post if I have any problems.
